Our Story

There is only one month out of the year when our maple sap is harvested. Deep in our roots, after six generations of syrup makers, we are certain you will love our product. As the sixth generation, we are two brothers learning from our father, crafting maple syrup in the same old-fashioned way our great-grandfather did. Keeping with our tradition, we use a wood-fired evaporator to give our syrup its rich flavour. Our maple bush is located in the maple capital of Ontario, nearly 85km west of Ottawa.
